Client & Server Networking

Initial Client Contact and Consultation
- The client reaches out to us via phone, email, or our website’s contact form.
- Our customer service representative promptly responds to schedule an initial consultation.
- During the consultation, we gather preliminary information about the client’s current network setup and specific needs.
Site Assessment Appointment Scheduling
- Based on the initial consultation, we schedule an on-site assessment at a convenient time for the client.
- We confirm the appointment details via email, including the date, time, and the names of the team members who will be conducting the assessment.
On-Site Assessment and Inspection
- Our team arrives at the client’s location on the scheduled date and time, equipped with the necessary tools and equipment.
- We conduct a thorough inspection of the existing network infrastructure, including cabling, server cabinets, and related systems.
- We document our findings and take note of any issues or areas that require improvement.
Needs Analysis and Solution Design
- After the on-site assessment, our team analyzes the collected data to determine the client’s specific needs and requirements.
- We design a tailored solution for the rewiring of the client’s network, including detailed plans for cabling, server cabinet upgrades, and any additional systems.
- We prepare a comprehensive proposal that outlines the scope of work, materials, and timeline.
Proposal Presentation and Estimation
- We schedule a meeting with the client to present our proposal and discuss the findings from the site assessment.
- During the meeting, we go over the proposed solutions in detail, answer any questions, and address any concerns the client may have.
- We provide a detailed cost estimate, including a breakdown of all expenses and potential additional costs.
Contract Finalization and Project Initiation
- Once the client approves the proposal and estimate, we draft a formal contract that outlines the agreed-upon scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
- The client reviews and signs the contract, officially authorizing us to proceed with the project.
- We schedule the project start date and mobilize our team to begin the rewiring and network upgrades as per the agreed-upon plan.
